powerpc notebook getting a nlnet.nl grant?

I have been told, that powerpc notebook previously has applied
for a grant. Powerpc notebook was rejected. Can
someone write why? Which arguments did nlnet.nl state?
Did the application lack technical doucumentation? Or
was nlnet.nl not convinced that the powerpc team
has the required skills to move the computer forward?

I do not understand why nlnet.nl decided to reject an
application about a grant? There are no other similar notebooks
being made?

We had take part to "NGI0 PET open call" ( Mid 2020) , yes they write us and they was very kindly. In fact the open call was not directly related to our type of projects. They suggest even other funding programs of others organizations. We need volunteer that help us to candidate us to others grants 😃 In case you are welcome to help to 😃
